C. Address(POA- Proof of Adress)
In Address C/o details Option, along with address we have a chance to update/correct C/o, D/o, S/o, W/o and  H/o details. You are required to fill the complete address and upload supporting PoA even if you want to update/correction only C/o details. It is ok if the C/o details are not mentioned in your PoA document.

How to do Aadhaar Card Correction/Update Request by Post?

Procedure to send update request through post

1. Download and Print Aadhar Card Update/Correction Form

2. Select & Fill the details what you want to update
3. Take one envelop and attach required documents along with self-attested sign on above the documents
4. Write on top of the envelope as " Aadhar Card Update/Correction" 
5.  Send Update request to UIDAI

Follow the below steps and complete your process 
Step 1: Download aadhar card update/correction form

Step 2: Select filed what you want to update

• Name
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• Address(D/o, S/o, W/o and  H/o)
• Email

Step 3: Fill in details the selected one

and write the names of the required documents to attach.

Step 4: Mark Envelop as " Aadhaar Card Update/Correction" on top

Self-Attested Sign on each and every document then attach all documents and 

Step 5: Send to UDAI POST Adress

                            UIDAI,                                                                                  

                            Post Box No. 99, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad-500034,

                            India.

After reaching your POST to UIDAI you will get the URN Number to your aadhar card registered mobile number for checking of Updated/Corrected aadhar Card Status. When the Data will be updated successfully you can download updated aadhar card from online.
