For any Link, the Aadhar Card Mobile Number Registration is mandatory without that you can't link all these.
1. Aadhar Card Number Link With PAN Card Deadline is (Not mandatory)

The CBDT(Central Board of Direct Taxes) extended the last date of Linking PAN with Aadhar Number online or by sending an SMS. Who are not liked on or before .... ...and also they won't have a chance to file INCOME TAX RETURNS(ITRs) assessment year(2018-2019).

2. Bank Accounts is to be linked to Aadhaar Card Number 

All Banks and Financial Institutions needs to maintain customers aadhar card details in the KYC Documents. KYC is the details of the customer identity in the bank.

The extension would also apply for Employees' housing subsidy benefit, Pension Scheme of 1995, scholarships, stipend to handicapped, stipend to SC/ST trainees for coaching guidance and vocational training, national apprenticeship and skill development schemes, Aam Aadmi Bima Yojana,  crop insurance schemes, scholarship and fellowship schemes, interest subvention scheme,  various education programmes such as mid-day meal for children and Atal Pension Yojana.
