Who are eligible for AP Grama/Ward Volunteer Recruitment 2019?

Eligibility: 

• Applicant must belong to Gram/Village Panchayat for which he/she is applying.

Educational Qualification: 

• For Plan Areas: Should Pass 12th Class/Intermediate or It's equivalent 
• For Agency/Tribal Areas: Should Pass SSC/10nth Class or It's equivalent
• For Urban Areas: Must pass Intermediate or its equivalent

Reservation: 

• Rule of the Reservation(ROR) is applicable as per the rules in vogue. 50% of the posts within each category may be considered for women and ROR will be applicable considering Mandal as a unit.

Age Limit: As on 30th June 2019

• Minimum Age – 18 Years 
• Maximum Age – 35 Years

The AP government is committed to revamping delivery systems in the State with an aim to improve the living standards of the people through the concept of NAVARATHNALU as the core theme of governance. In order to operationalize Navarathnalu, Government intends to deploy Volunteers in rural areas for delivering Government Services at the doorstep of all eligible households irrespective of Religion/Caste/Creed/Gender and political affiliation. This system will ensure leakproof implementation of AP Government Schemes/Programmes. The objective of positioning Village Volunteers is to ensure timely and transparent services, to eliminate corruption at all levels of administration. Village/Grama Volunteers will identify the all problems being faced by anybody in his jurisdiction and the same will be brought to the notice of Village/Gram Panchayat and then get them resolved.

Step 2: Accept Terms and Conditions

• Click on Apply Now then accept the terms and conditions

Step 3:     Eligibility Criteria

then click on Check button (it will show you are eligible or not)

Step 4: Aadhar Authentication

• Enter Aadhar Number

• Aadhar number link with mobile number is mandatory...to check aadhar card is linked with mobile number or not? if it is linked then which mobile number was linked.
• If the mobile number is not linked then go through aadhar not available option...now you do this application through with your mobile number then within the 10days of application, you should provide aadhar number.

Step 5: Upload documents and submit the application
you will get the application number to track the application

The AP Government after careful consideration of the proposal, hereby permit the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development to take necessary action of placing 1 Volunteer for nearly 50 households by August 15th, 2019 and to incur expenditure for recruitment process and training along with payment of honorarium. The positioned volunteer shall be paid honorarium @ Rs.5,000/- per month. Training shall be imparted to all grama/village volunteers. The Commissioner, PR&RD is requested to issue the detailed guidelines in the matter immediately
