Telangana state government has started an online portal for land records in the state of Telangana. The portal named Maa Bhoomi / Maa Bhumi is providing all the services related to commercial/agricultural lands in Telangana.  The online portal website(http://ccla.telangana.gov.in)has been launched by Chief Minister of Telangana state K. Chandrasekhar Rao(KCR).
People can avail their Pahani, EC (Encumbrance Certificate), Market Value of the land, Patta(registration of the land), Ownership and other services are provided through Maa Bhoomi public portal.

There will be a separate login for the  services of e-Seva / Mee Seva(Government funded online services) outlets where people can apply for their adangal, pahani, EC(Encumbrance certificate), Market Value of the land(commercial/agricultural) and other services are provided through paying required fee(redirected to the Government). People can also file their complaints to make corrections to the land records like survey numbers, the extension of land and their borders and nature of land (commercial/agricultural) etc.
