Common Services Centers (CSC) works under National e-Governance plan formed by the Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India.
The common services centers (CSC) provides the front end services for Government, Private and Social Sectors and in the place of education,voter id and aadhaar card, banking, health, agriculture, entertainment and financial etc
The Common Services Centers (CSC) is used to works like connecting Government Department with the local population.
VLE(village level entrepreneur) would operate the Common Services Centers (CSC) activities and it will serves for users
The mostly owned Common Services Centers (CSC) provides different Government and non-government services and we can call it as Village Level Entrepreneur(VLE)
If you want to become a VLE requirements are.
There should be a
1. Valid aadhar card number
2. Age should be more than 18 years
3. Educational qualification must have passed 10th level exam from any recognized board
4. Minimum basic knowledge on computer
5. Basic English
6. The VLE should have fluent in reading and writing on local language
There is no charges for VLE registration and the documents you need to upload while doing VLE registration those are
PAN Card copy and Common Services centers (CSC) inside and outside photos(your shop inside and outside photos along with GPS).
Responsibilities of village level entrepreneur(VLE) are convenient place with safety, timings of availability is(kiosk) 8:00AM to 8:00PM and to provide the smooth service for users and the service available on Digital Seva Portal.
No need of any training to become a Village Level entrepreneur(VLE).

How to Register CSC Online?
Step 1: New CSC Online Registration
Visit: https://register.csc.gov.in
Click on New Registration

Go Here: https://register.csc.gov.in/register
Enter Mobile Number & Captcha then click on Submit.
Enter Mobile OTP
Enter Email ID & captch
Click on Submit and Check your Email ID
Step2: CSC Online Registration - Email OTP
(VID means Virtual ID is Aadhar 16 Digit VID, if you don't have VID Number then visit for :- Generate Aadhar VID )
Step5: CSC Online Registration - Enter OTP's
Enter Mobile OTP and Email OTP
Then Click on Validate OTP and submit.
Fill all the details correctly and click on continue
Fill your Banking details and click on continue
Very Very Important--- Many people are troubling by complete this step because of GEO TAGGING
When you will be taking snap photo of your (Center)shop, you need to ON mobile data and GPS in your mobile phone.
You must upload one OUTSIDE Photo and one INSIDE Photo.
Upload Inside Photo and Outside Photo
Click on Continue.
Step9: CSC Online Registration - Infrastructure Details
Fill all details correctly and check once again then click on Agree & Submit button
You will get Acknowledgement mail and Application Reference Number, this reference number helps out to check the status of CSC Online Registration

- Enter VID

- Select Sex
- Enter Date of Birth
- Select State and District
- Select Location Type

Step 4 : CSC New Registration Confirmation (Email and Mobile)
- Select I hereby Check Box
- Click on Submit and check your mobile and email for OTP's

Then Click on Validate OTP and submit.
