2. Linking by sending an SMSThis process can also be completed by simply sending an SMS to the number “51969 OR 166″.
The format of the SMS to be composed is :
ECILINK <EPIC_Number> <Aadhaar_Number>
Example – ECILINK RLS1234567 000010002000
In this example, "RLS1234567" is Voter id number and "000010002000" is aadhar card number

3. Linking Through Call Center: 1950
Make a call to 1950 between 10:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m Provide them your Voter ID Card and aadhar card details to complete the process.
Update- Seems like residents of 2-3 citizens are having trouble while completing the process.
