Example: Problem:- I went to ATM for Money Withdraw, I did swiped my card and done the transaction, the slip came out but money didn't came out. The money was debited from my account but I'm not received. I went to bank for complaint every 10 days and I given paper complaint with debited transaction proof and they are told me "you will be refund within 7 working days" ok, but 2 months completed no use of what they told me, my was not credited , Finally one Great women given customer care number, she is suggested to call customer care, i called and they asked me to give Debit Card Number and Transaction date and number, they raised the ticket and the problem solved within the 4 Working days. " Finally My money was credited to account"
