1. SSC or Equivalent Certificate
2. Caste Certificate
3. OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate (if BC Candidates)
4. Study Conduct/ Bonofide Certificates
5. Inter Memo (for Constable Application) and Degree Memo (for SI Application )
6. Service Certificate (If Telangana Govt Employee)
7. Special Category Certificate (If any NCC, Police, Home Guard etc...)


Before you filling Part II Application: Need to Know - SP / CP Office Nearest to your Residence

Step 1: Login

Login through your registered Mobile Number and Password( if forgot then click on forgot password then you will get OTP to Reg. Phone Number, now again login with received OTP as your password after login now you need to Reset the Password for future login)

Click on Part II Application left of your page.

Now its redirecting to Basic Details Application Form.

Step 3: Fill and Upload Scanned Documents

Enter and Edit your Basic Details(if any details incorrect)

Upload SSC or Equivalent Certificate

Upload Caste Certificate

(if OBC Non-Creamy Layer) Upload OBC Certificate

Step 4: SAVE & CONTINUE
Now you will redirecting to User Home Page

V. Educational Qualification Details (1st class to 10nth class study details)
Fill and Upload 1 to 10nth Class Bonofide (4th to 10nth Class Bonofide Mandatory) Documents then Submit Application
